We liked the venue and its good and unbeatable setting. Host treated us very well. Staff provided a refrigerator and a microwave.

We had a great stay at Bay City Studio Apartments. The location was convenient for exploring the city and the building was modern and clean. Adam, the staff member we interacted with, was extremely helpful and made our stay even better.

Although there were some minor issues like a lack of cutlery in the room and difficulty finding certain TV apps, they didn't detract from our overall experience.

The value for money at this place was fantastic! The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient, with shops nearby and a short ride to the city center. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive during my stay.

The morning meal could be improved with the addition of a bathroom bin. It would also be nice to have individual sachets for the tea, coffee, and sugar for hygienic purposes.

The staff, especially Phil, were friendly and helpful, resolving any issues quickly. I would definitely book here again.
